Happy New Year 2024

Hi everyone –

I missed writing the December 2023 post, so I will add it here.
I was fortunate to spend the Christmas holiday time and into the New Year, in mountains of Truckee, CA, caring for a fun and very intelligent Australian Sheppard.

We hiked every morning through the snow-covered trails in the forest behind the house, and a couple more hours each day in the afternoons exploring other trails in the Truckee area.

The rest of January, I am working in the San Francisco area with some long-time clients and welcoming new clients into the newly launched Mind Merge Program, and my new partnership with LumiVitae.

I have definitely started off the new year extremely busy and find myself to be more motivated and excited about these new projects than I have been with anything in over 15 years.

I am moving into the year of 2024 with the intention of Merging myself and all who join me into a year of Abundance on all levels of being – love, health, energy, generosity, kindness, joy, money, adventure, creativity, resources etc.…

Cher was born into a family of metaphysicians, which allowed her innate nature for questioning reality the freedom to explore.  She started traveling the world at age 17 to engage with different perspectives of spirituality and Mind/Body Medicine… with her home base being Honolulu Hawaii. At 25 she had her first child and started her private practice as a Mind/Body/Spirit Educator, Therapist. She also owned a Yoga School, founded a Divorce Center for Women, and was the founder of a Re-programming Center for Women and Children.
