I wanted to write this on Earth day, but I have been way too busy Earthing in the recent nice warm weather😊
Earthing (or grounding), is using the Earth’s natural antioxidant electrons to help neutralize excess free radicals in the body. Our bodies are bombarded by extremely dangerous free radicals all throughout the day… leading to fatigue, chronic pain, inflammation, sleep disorders… disruption of the entire body’s balancing/wellness system.
